how to fight with eyes I personally don't think eyes only can intimidate the opponent (maybe you mean facial expressions?). I don't think you can hypnotize any opponent, especially when your 'technique' relies on them looking into your eyes? I don't look into the opponents face, my gaze is more broad/ unfocussed/ more wary ... (But feel free to enlighten us if you feel otherwise) |

Training while exhausted It would be interesting to know what is the minimal amount of exercise needed to improve a certain technique. (I'm referring to MED - Minimal Effective Dose - it had fleeting mentions of martial arts in the four hour chef). |

What exactly is Kalaripayattu? This is a dying art, even in India I haven't come across any practitioners. It is mostly taught in the state of Kerala, in mostly closed circles. Outsiders don't reach advanced levels, from what I've heard. |
