I am a simple man. I like software development and fast cars.

I know these things are effective because I have practical experience.

I don't know what to tell you man. I've never been mounted by a guy before. All I know is that I will inflict much suffering on any that try. Beginning with the eyes and other soft targets.

And yet what I suggested is very effective. The mind boggles.

Squeeze a tennis ball. It is one of the simplest and most effective hand and forearm strengthening exercises ever.

I don't know man. I produced 5 students who went on to win national titles. I had a very simple rule : start nothing; finish everything. It seemed to work rather well.

I have found that the more useless the martial arts school, the bigger the emphasis is on running away rather than fighting. That being said, the best thing to do to avoid a fight is to not go to places where idiots hang out. And don't wear your TapOut shirt. Those things are douchebag magnets.

That's sort of what I said. But you need to be realistic. Mike Tyson will knock you out before you've ever had a chance to learn anything. But you might learn a lot from fighting the guy who just went pro last weekend.

That's what you get when trying to quote from memory something you learned more than a decade ago.
