comment Is there one traditional way of tying your belt in aikido?
Perhaps pictures and descriptive text is better then.

Can you please provide some description of the video? One-liners link-only answers don't make for very good answers. If the video disappears, then the answer becomes worthless.

comment Is Static Stretching Before Practice Beneficial, Harmful, or Something In-between?
Can you be more specific about what stretching you do and how? That one example alone, from personal experience, isn't enough to conclusively say whether stretching is good or bad.

comment How to avoid toe injury?
Please absolutely do not cross-post on multiple sites. Right now there is a discussion on meta about narrowing down the injury scope so I could encourage to participate in it. Whatever the outcome, the question can be migrated and merged in either direction. I'm a mod on both Fitness and Martial Arts so I can take care of it on either side.

Since this isn't exactly on- or off-topic at the moment per the meta discussion, I'll leave it open for now.

Thanks for understanding. Your question can always be reopened in the future. Why don't you help contribute to this meta discussion about injuries? It'd be great to get some community input on how to narrow this topic down for Martial Arts.

You should really go see a doctor. We are not necessarily medical professionals on this site, and I would hate to see any potential failure of responsibility on anyone here if your injury is serious. I'm closing this as off-topic according to the faq and this meta post. You are welcome to edit your question so that it fits in the context of the site's scope.

comment Am I training enough for my Kempo black belt test?
@RichardGivis One way you could improve your question is by making it more specific and actually anticipating the answer you really want. Why do you feel like your training is not enough? Do you have a busy schedule? What are your concerns with taking the test? Is it a confidence issue? Do you feel like you don't know the material well enough? The better you specify what your concerns are, the better answers you will get.
