Designs for a Board Breaker / Board Holder? Can you provide more explanation instead of just posting a link? Why this is a better board breaker/holder? Please add that information into your post here. |

What is shen energy? Is there such a thing as a “shen state” and if so, how does it come about? Broad, general questions aren't well suited for Stack Exchange. Can you be more specific about what it is you're actually looking to have answered? I'm not sure if you'll get a good answer given that the context of your question is rather large. |

How is a Kubotan used in self-defense? Your answer doesn't explain how a kubotan is used which is what the question is asking. |

Is martial arts training 'inadequate' for the real world? Rafal, please do not post multiple answers unless each one is fundamentally different. If you have something to add or edit, please update your other answers or respond to others in comments. The Q&A model of Stack Exchange is not a discussion forum. |

Is martial arts training 'inadequate' for the real world? One or two downvotes do not represent a majority of people here, only one the one or two who casted the votes. Likewise, people can also upvote your answer. In the future, you can edit your own answer and add on to it if you have something to add rather than post multiple answers. This site is not forum so I suggest starting with the faq and the about page to get a better idea of what the site is and how it works. |

Best headphones for use during training? First of all, this question is highly subject and not constructive for Stack Exchange. You'll end up with varying answers across the board, each one with their own pros and cons and opinions. Second, unless headphones are integral and a direct part of a martial arts system and its physical training, this question is off topic for this site. |

What material should be covered in a rape-defense course? There are some points to take away here, and a big one is to look into why and how rape happens. It's not something martial arts can necessarily prevent in situations where rape may occur. I'd be careful about how to set up something to "prevent rape" because that starts trudging upon victim blame. |

An Ontology of Combat I wonder if other language-related Stack Exchange sites (maybe Linguistics or English) would be a better place to answer this. |

Designs for a Board Breaker / Board Holder? Can you quote and repost some of the information here to prevent link rot? I'm sure there are some people who would appreciate the knowledge but not necessarily want to click through a bunch of links whereas this question here would serve the purpose of presenting such information. |

How can I continue to train with a broken big toe? What kind of training were you doing before you were injured? What is the competition and why do you need to attend and perform? I certainly would not recommend someone to do that especially in that short of a timeframe, nor would I do something like that myself and potentially cause further strain or injury. |

What's the difference between Internal and External martial arts? Can you summarize the content from the link or quote relevant parts from it and use the link as a source? This will help prevent link rot in cases where the link will disappear or if its content changes. |

How do I treat my leg after a painful thigh kick? You should go see a doctor. I don't think anyone here should be trying to diagnose and treat your injured leg on this site. |
