How do I choose a boxing glove? aberration: that is an option, but would probably add to much weight. kioopi: That is very interesting. Around here ( in ontario, canada) I was under the impression that it was 16 all the time. Could just be our government trying to hard to keep people safe. |

Aikido Forward Roll great answer David! I would have to disagree with SAJ14SAJ. "Going for Distance" aka Reaching Long applies to male and female rollers. |

Endurance problems while practicing martial art i agree 100% with this answer. get more fit is all fine and dandy, but judging by the "i wake up tired" and i eat a lot of sugar. it's likely not a fitness problem. Fix your diet and it's amazing how much more "fit" a person will seem. |

What submissions are not allowed in competitive Judo? a solid post, but i really have to disagree with : "It's also common for judoka to view groundwork as more tiring or time-consuming than stand-up work. Many players avoid groundwork for that reason." i don't know anyone who thinks it's more tiring, it really is just the lack of time allowed that deters most judoka from engaging in ground work. And the BJJ style triangle is ONLY called for being illegal if you pull down on the head. lots of bjj people can finish with out that. |
