Benefits of an X-Stop in Tae Kwon Do? But it still doesn't answer why you use an x-stop, like @Rophuine's does. Fy not land in an L stance instead? |

What are the differences between ITF and WTF Tae-Kwondo? I know the main difference in the two different Tae Kwon Do bodies in the UK is one is aimed at Sport and the other Self-defence. But I don't know which is which, so I can't really answer. |

Benefits of an X-Stop in Tae Kwon Do? Hi riotburn! Welcome to the site! the format of Stack exchange is that of a Question and Answer. As your 'post' doesn't quite answer the question. Could you improve on it, or move it to a comment? |
