Great article @TimothyAWiseman.

comment Is it good or bad to compete in a higher weight class?
No kardeş, I only competed in -70 and never competed in -64. I'm used to -70 that's why I don't want to compete in -64.

I was competing in -70 before, and I dropped off weight but never changed the weight class.

Overtraining can also cause injuries.

comment Why do we train martial arts?
@JohnP Try using "soft" training techniques in a real life scenario. Many people believing in "soft" training are ignorant and are lying to themselves. I agree with Dave Liepmann.

comment What is the best way to improve your skills in BJJ (gi and no-gi) and become a black belt in short period?
Can you provide sources of how they train. Do they roll every day? How do they manage to train multiple times in a day? As a working person is it realizable?

This seems to be a good post but I didn't understand: You are thinking rationally.

Especially Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it will give him more self-confidence when fighting on the ground.

I'm sure my question is clear enough. Or do you still need me to update it?

I'm sure that it's hard for any martial artist to fight more then 1 opponent at the same time. Correct me if I'm wrong.

comment How to get rid of fear of fighting
Exactly @John. But from time to time try also to spar someone more experienced. This will improve your skills, and you'll be able to push your limits much faster.

If I turn with my wrist I can feel it. I can't do push ups because the pain is really annoying. I feel pain when there is pressure on my wrist. I hope this is enough.

comment How bad is kickboxing for your brain?
+1 @DaveLiepmann I'm combining Muay Thai & MMA, but I don't spar or do competition fights. So if I only do the training, are my brains still in danger? Because from your answer I understand that no matter what you do, kickboxing is bad. Correct me if I'm wrong.

@Samuel Learn how to avoid/parry the punches, before sparring. You should talk to your coach, I'm sure he'll give you some exercises on how to parry. The thing is that you just have to ask, instead of damaging your brains. I practise MMA & Muay Thai for 4 years and I refuse to spar with no matter who (beginner/expert). And if I spar I choose to wear head gear just in case.
