comment How to deal with an excessively aggressive student that is turning people off sparring classes?
I would amend that to "skilled" fighter. A "great" fighter would be one who could unleash when needed, but be able to control and adapt when facing an obviously weaker opponent in a learning setting. You learn nothing by bashing in the face of a less skilled opponent. That is ego stroking, nothing more.

That is an absurd statement to make. You have no idea of the space rental costs, utilities, insurance, advertising, etc etc etc.

comment Do you take supplements like protein when you train in Martial Arts?
While I agree the timing of protein isn't that important, carbohydrate replacement is somewhat time dependent after exercise. It's also best replenished with a 3:1 carb:protein ratio drink (such as, oddly enough, chocolate milk).

Also, how many classes are available per week per school, and how many can you attend?

What is the monthly rate? Amortizing those gives you less then $50 per month. Instructors are entitled to eat. Also, is new school solely living from the school, where old school has a "real job"? Lot of info needed.
