Number of medals has zero to do with being an effective instructor.

comment how to survive not doing hardcore Judo after losing your ACL forever
Along with Topin's answer: If the ligament is gone, it can possibly be repaired using either a cadaver ligament or a ligament from elsewhere in the body. Seeing a doctor would let you know what all your options are.

While the mirror is good, it can also promote bad positioning as you try to look at the mirror while doing various techniques. I've found that video is much better, and readily available on most smartphones now.

comment Soft/Energy drinks effects for tae kwon do players
I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it's about the effects of soda/energy drinks in the body. Just because the original comment comes from a martial arts instructor doesn't make it a non nutrition question. Probably a better fit on health.se

Verbal threatening is assault, and can be prosecuted as such if you feel the threat is credible. Doesn't matter how close they get. On a side note, are you sure that escalating things by taunting a known psychiatric case with a felony history is a good thing to do?

comment What is a grandmaster?
Mmm...not really on the academic comparison. There are tons of professors in various fields with PhD certs. Closer to the Dean of a college, maybe?

comment What is a grandmaster?
Master as a 7th or 8th degree is very organization dependent. ITF Master is 7th, WTF Master is 4th, ATA Master Instructor is 6th (And the master title is independent of rank, you have to be a 6th to be eligible, but not all 6th degrees are awarded the title Master Instructor).

comment Exercises for strengthening arms, wrists and fingers with the intent of sword use
This is a great platitude, but it doesn't really answer the question. "Practice over and over" doesn't really outline any exercises the the OP requested.

It might help if you outlined what your position in the school actually is. Are you an instructor? Student only? Both? Why is it your position to suggest these things?
