If I'm worried about concussions, should I train tae kwon do, or karate, or neither? Although WTF Taekwondo (referred to in the answer as "Olympic-style") is full contact, head guards are worn. The current rules state that a headshot counts where any part of the foot below the shin makes contact with the head guard. |
