Choosing the right one for self-defense purpose? Thanks for your reply. Speak frankly, I don't think I am good at striking and punching and since I have good body flexibility, I am just wondering whether I should go for throwing and grappling but this is my personal preference only and am not very sure whether it would really helps in self-defense situation. In Singapore, Take Kwan Do, Judo, JuJitsu, Karate and MMA schools are mostly available. |
