comment What is the best way to work with a partner who misunderstands the drill?
But the question then becomes, are you a good partner if you just do it their way?

Are we talking about sparring for competitive purposes (points awarded) or sparring as a drill for martial purposes?

comment What are the purposes of martial arts forms?
Thanks. That's pretty interesting information. May I recommend reorganizing it in the more classical format : thesis / antithesis / synthesis, instead of showing the antithesis first?

comment Endurance problems while practicing martial art
This is tricky. Many factors come into play. Jump rope, for instance, can help you develop further stamina / aerobic potential. Do you sleep enough? Do you sleep well? What do you eat? Do you recover well after a workout, or not? If you don't recover well, adding more activities will just damage you more.

I'm with @Sardathrion. I'd love to hear more about this, including a source if you have one.
