I have been training in (and later on teaching) in Bushin Ryu karate (a traditional Okinawan derived style) since 1989.

I have had the good fortune of training under and with some very knowledgeable and talented people, and have dabbled in other arts along the way.

I am a strong believer in everyone still has something to learn from others no matter what level or rank you are.
