Short leg issue and wide-soled shoe Not trying to imply you don't know about your own body, but a lot of diagnosed "short legs" turn out to be problems with hip-alignment (if that is a word) did you ever ask a chiropractor or an osteopathic practitioner about it? |

Rule 1: Cardio. What exercises are worth doing to increase cardiovascular fitness? i've noticed a backlash against running lately. I think while running might not be the ideal method to increase fitness for sparring it is still excellent for overall fitness and helps to prevent running out of fuel during a long training session. |

How do I choose a boxing glove? The weight of gloves in fight depends on the weight division. As a welter or junior welter (-67kg) in muay thai (in europe) i usually got 10oz. |

What is the best martial art for reducing back pain and stress while increasing my fitness? @MarkC.Wallace Added some more explanation about Luta Livre. If you wanna know more - just google it. There are lots of videos on youtube. Don't confuse it with Lucha Libre - those two have few in common ;-) |
