I train at a Martial Arts Academy 5-7 hours a week. I take Jun Fan, Wing Chun and Muay Thai. I just started training Jan 2012. I was in the military and have been active most of my life 2-3 times per week. I workout 3-4 per week and eat very healthy by preparing my own whole foods and studying nutrition and health regularly. I am a health care professional by trade as well.
