How to improve speed and footwork? A well-timed mid-level side kick can't be countered with a low kick anyway, if you've paid attention in Trigonometry. Unless your legs are much longer than the other guy's :-) |

What are the differences between ITF and WTF Tae-Kwondo? Same here. I had a master who formally belonged to the WTF but had learned traditional TKD way back in the old days. But I'm talking about official techniques, not individual interpretations. |
