Morning exercise routine for student of Aikido The Wikipedia link I included in my answers has a short paragraph for each. Also, you can hit Youtube and get a billion videos of people showing how these work. There is no need for special equipment (I routinely do this even when I am in hotels on a trip) and really take very little time. |
