@DaveLiepmann I am also skeptical about the claims made by kwaichi, but I guess it also depends on how you define "intensive". If kwaichi means near-maximum effort then it is a bit more plausible.

I think you mean hyper natremia. Hyponatremia is associated with a large intake of water causing a low concentration of sodium in one's blood. Hypernatremia is a relatively high concentration of sodium due to lack of fluids (dehydration).
