I will be spending some time out of the U.S. and don't want to get lazy while I'm away. I was wondering if there were any significant differences in practices or regimen in general for martial arts schools abroad (in Russia) that are not widely seen in the U.S.

I am coming from tae-kwon-do and hapkido background. I will have access to Judo, Sambo, and Aikido in Russia.

  • Judging by the username, I'd say it's TKD or Hapkido. – Philip Klöcking Jan 3 at 16:04
  • Thanks for the edits, I'm coming from tkd and hapkido, and the schools where I'll be offer Judo, Sambo, and Aikido. I'll add that to the question. @Sardathrion – DojangAddict Jan 3 at 20:41
