I am a practical karate instructor based in Buckinghamshire, England.

I have been training in karate for 20 years, and have practical experience in the Police, Armed Forces, and Secure Services, and have competed in karate, kickboxing, and MMA.

I am a WAKOGB qualified coach, as well as a certified personal trainer registered with CIMSPA in the UK.
