Mouthguards and judo
Dental trauma is a rare occurence. I only see mouth guards on kids with braces or people with some kind of prostetics.

How can I practice any martial art if I have difficulty with motor and coordination skills?

Why do people wear frayed black belts? [closed]
There seems to be a pride in using a beaten up belt. Isn't a belt cheap, shouldn't a MA practitioner be in clean and well maintained attire ?
